Hello, my name is Kimbre, and I’m the creator of Nursing View. I have been a nurse for twelve years, in various areas, including med-surge, ICU, ER, and long-term care. I graduated from a small-town college with my associate degree in nursing. I worked in long term care for a few years before moving on to bigger and better things. I moved from my small town to a moderate city and worked at level two trauma hospital. I continued my nursing career in their med-surge floor and eventually, transferred to intensive care. After several years, my family moved back to my small town and I began working in a local emergency department. Nursing is a career that takes dedication and a desire to continue to learn and improve. I have found that many nurses do not know how or what to chart when it comes to disease processes. This is an area that even the best nurse can always improve on. I’ve created Nursing View to help nurses better chart, as well as better understand disease processes.
